Whether initiating a program or transferring an existing one to EAIG, you'll need to provide:
- Description of the program ownership
- Proposed effective date of the program
- Results of current program, if applicable
- Financial statements
- ACORD application for each policyholder
- Five years of currently valued loss history for each policyholder
*Acceptable programs vary in size, but should generate a minimum of $1.5M of direct written premium by the end of the first year.
